This is the natural solvent D-Limonene, the extract of orange peels. This product is better at cleaning difficult spills, pet odors and other types of nasty stains than the chemical alternatives, and it is often far less expensive! It is safe when used as directed around the home and yard. This is a concentrate and can cause skin allergies or breathing problems if used improperly.(If you sat around inhaling an Orange peel all day you would not feel well either) Follow the directions and you shouldn't have any problems. Spot Test any plastics or fabrics (like any other cleaner) before using on a large scale. Application instructions: Mist; ½ oz./gal. windows, mirrors, appliances, chandeliers, dusting furniture, chrome, brass, copper, or anything you want to shine( for grooved surfaces spray on citrus oil then sprinkle on baking soda and agitate with a small brush) Light; 1 oz./gal. Walls floors, countertops, cupboards, silk plants, etc.(may need stronger mix for heavily soiled areas) General; 2 oz./gal. Sinks, tubs, showers,(great for scale removal) toilet seats, greasy stove top, range hood, venetian blinds, carpets, fabric, upholstery, vinyl, etc. (for stains on hard surfaces or tough cleaning, sprinkle baking soda and use scouring pad with this mix) Strong;10-20 oz./gal. Ovens and heavily soiled carpets, Detailed instructions below) fireplace windows and screens, barbecues, rust, paint brushes and rollers, stains on clothing, (can pre soak) Ovens; warm oven, turn off and spray with strong Citrus mix.
